These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Kretio's website, auditing engines, dashboard, and optimization tools. By creating an account or submitting a URL for scanning, you agree to these Terms.
You confirm ownership or permission to scan any website URL submitted to Kretio.
Scores and fixes are diagnostic recommendations provided "as is" without ranking guarantees.
Fair entitlement-based pricing with automated recurring billing and easy cancellation.
1. Use of Service & Account Responsibilities
To access Kretio audit tools, you must create an account with accurate information. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
Kretio is intended for business owners, growth teams, developers, and marketers seeking website optimization. You agree to use the service in compliance with all applicable local, state, and international laws.
2. Website Submission & Scanning Policy
You represent and warrant that you own or have explicit authorization from the owner to scan any website URL submitted to Kretio.
You explicitly agree NOT to:
- Submit URLs belonging to third parties without authorization for the purpose of malicious probing or disruption.
- Attempt to crawl password-protected, private, or behind-paywall content without credentials.
- Utilize Kretio scan nodes to initiate distributed denial-of-service (DDoS) attacks or overload target web servers.
- Bypass rate limits or attempt automated scraping of Kretio's internal dashboard endpoints.
3. Service Nature, Scores & Disclaimers
Kretio executes deterministic audit algorithms and utilizes AI language models to identify technical website issues and suggest fixes.
- Advisory Nature: Audit scores, severity tags, and AI-generated fix recommendations are provided for informational and analytical purposes only.
- No Guarantee of Outcome: Search engine algorithms, AI answer engines, and web traffic dynamics depend on external factors outside Kretio's control. We do not guarantee specific search engine rankings, indexing speed, or financial outcomes.
- "As Is" Basis: The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
4. Subscriptions, Entitlements & Cancellations
Selected features and crawl quotas require an active paid subscription:
- Billing Cycle: Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual basis via certified payment infrastructure.
- Usage Limits: Account tiers include specific entitlements (such as monthly crawl limits and max project counts). Exceeding tier entitlements may require upgrading to a higher tier.
- Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your billing settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
Your Content: You retain full ownership of your target website content, domain materials, and exported report files generated by Kretio.
Kretio Property: Kretio retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the platform, including software, design system, brand assets, scoring algorithms, and proprietary workflows.
6. Limitation of Liability & Termination
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kretio and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the service.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to Kretio immediately if you breach these Terms, submit unauthorized scan targets, or engage in abusive platform behavior.
7. Modifications & Contact
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Notice of significant modifications will be communicated via email or posted prominently on our platform.
